“Stayed here for a week, overall great location, not too far from the city centre. "Breakfast" as described was only a few basics (toast, milk, eggs etc.) provided, although they weren't provided every day and not enough for the 4 appartments. You then have to prepare the food yourself in the kitchen, which also had everything you'd need to cook some basic things for yourself. The housekeeper was nice and helpful. Our appartement was really basic, it had a (slightly loud) air conditioning (which is really important in spanish/catalan summer), a small balcony and some other basic furniture (closet,...) . However, the door to the balcony was somehow difficult to close and didn't close completely, and when we got there, the bedsheets weren't really clean (some stains on them). The shared bathroom was alright, it (again) had everything you need, and even a bath tub which is a nice addition. The downside of this was that the shower seemed like it needs a renovation. To sum up, it's an "okay" place to stay in for a few days, but very basic and nothing luxury (which we didn't expect either for this really good price).”

“Estancia agradable en habitación , daba a patio interior y se podía dormir genial sin ruidos por la noche. El apartamento está muy bien , pero hay que recordar que hay que tener respeto porque en el resto de habitaciones también hay otros clientes alojados. Durante nuestra estancia hubo otros clientes que estuvieron gritando por la casa. El apartamento genial y la ubicación ideal para pasar el fin de semana disfrutando de Barcelona.”

“Si vas a hospedarte aquí: lee antes cada reseña y haz un promedio de lo que te puedes encontrar, ya que cada comentario varía según la experiencia. A mi y a mi pareja por suerte nos toco una estadía excelente. Son 4 habitaciones en el mismo departamento que, si no tienes problema en compartir el baño y la cocina, no vas a tener ningún inconveniente. La cocina viene equipado con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y el desayuno incluye pan, cereales, galletitas, mermelada, queso crema, huevos, chocolate en pasta, café, té , leche, jugo de naranja, entre otros. La limpieza está bien, siendo que todos los días va un servicio a realizar un chequeo de que todo esté en orden. Lo único que no me gusto fue que nos dieron una habitación más pequeña y sin aire acondicionado, cuando otras habitaciones sí ll tenían. Incluso había una que tenía un pequeño balcón y lavarropas y el pago fue exactamente el mismo que hicimos nosotros y las personas de las otras habitaciones. Es decir: pagamos lo mismo y recibieron algo mejor. Más allá de eso, buen lugar para pasar la estadía especialmente si sos de esos que cuentan con el hotel solo para dormir y poder recorrer la ciudad ya que a pocos metros está el centro !”
